The Trilogy - Manchester

JML Building Services were appointed by a Key Supply chain member John Graham Construction to carry out the design and build of 5000m2 of Structural Steel Frame and 2400m2 of Aluminium Rainscreen cladding.

The Trilogy, sited on the Castlefield development at the gateway to Manchester will house 240 high quality luxury apartments constructed over 3, 12 storey, interlinked blocks.

Praised for its build “quality” and described as “exceptional”, The Trilogy is a stand-out BTR development that provides an impressive gateway to the approach to Manchester city centre. Works began in July 2017 ahead of practical completion in April 2019.
