JML Building Services Ltd. is a family business, established in 2013 by two of the most operationally experienced and innovative individuals in the industry, Chris Connelly & Alan Hainsworth.
The ever evolving business is building a reputable supply chain, and the client base is growing year by year. At JML Building Services we pride ourselves on a ‘can do’ attitude, with emphasis on working with our client base, culminating in repeat business.
We offer a full design supply & install services. Our design service is covered by all the necessary PI requirements and we are able to offer an in-depth design analysis whereby the architects original aesthetic design remit can be transformed into a workable & buildable product onsite.
Over the years we have built valuable relationships with major supplier chain members all across the country which has enabled us to gain access to many of the major reputable manufacturers approved installers list.
Working to strict safety and environmental practices, we work closely with other trades to ensure completion to time, budget and most importantly to the highest standards of workmanship. Health & Safety plays a key role in how we work. We have our own in-house Health & Safety Advisor. We are ‘CHAS’ & ‘Construction Line’ approved and are currently sourcing ‘Achilles’ accreditation. We operate a robust Quality Management System that is ISO9001 equivalent.
Our team is very much a close knit, flexible, family orientated group. This is reflected in our work.

Alan Hainsworth – Director
One of the founders of the business, Alan has been in the industry for the last 35 years and has developed a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the internal dry wall, cladding & fire protection sectors. Alan was an established member of one of the largest envelope contractors in the country prior to making the decision to take on the industry himself. Alan’s approachable can do attitude is a massive asset to the business and has enabled him to build a firm client base over the last three decades.
Chris Connelly – Director
The other founder of the business, Chris has also been in the industry for a sustained period and brings with him a wealth of operational knowledge in both the external rainscreen cladding & internal drywall sectors. Chris has also been an integral member of two of the largest internal and external façade companies in the industry prior to taking on the industry himself with brother-in-law Alan. Chris has expanded his experiences into the Health & Safety sector and he is now responsible for all Health & Safety matters within the business, which JML treats with the upmost importance.
Kyle Chambers – Commercial Director
Kyle completes the management structure and was recently tempted to join the business by both Alan & Chris, having worked together previously. Kyle learnt his trade at one of the UK’s largest envelope contractors before joining one of the largest roofing and cladding specialists in the country. Kyle is responsible for all commercial matters within the organisation.
