Springwood MTX School

JML Building Services were employed by our key MMC supply chain partner Module-AR to carry out the Roofing and Cladding Package on the new Springwood MTX School.

From point of engagement the build had to be designed, built and handed over in a 6-week period.

JML carried out 400m2 of Eurobond composite cladding and 300m2 of Topdeck roof, mansafe system, external rainwater goods and aluminium cappings.

Sited on the existing school, the MMC expansion will provide facility for 60 additional spaces for special educational needs children within the area.
