JML Building Services were employed by our key MMC supply chain partner Module-AR to carry out the Roofing and Cladding Package on the new Leeds LGI teaching facility.

From point of engagement the build had to be designed, built and handed over in a 3-week period.

JML carried out 300m2 of Eurobond and 200m2 of Topdeck roof.

Sited on the live premises of the Leeds General Infirmary, the project had its logistical challenges with live ‘blue light routes’ running through the heart of the construction, as well as a demanding programme.

With a forward-thinking collaborative approach, the scheme was handed over on time and within budget.
