Leeds Grand Theatre

JML Building Services were appointed by our Key Supply chain partner are  to refurbish and regenerate parts of the existing Grade II Listed Leeds Grand Theatre & Howard Assembly Rooms.

Our works included extensive Redevelopment of the Premier House building provides & Howard Assembly Room.

Including sound acoustic bespoke timber cladding to the rehearsal, music rooms and theatre auditorium, Structural Steel Framing, Mechanically fixed brickslips facade, composite facade and full internal drylining, partition and ceilings refurbishment.

The scheme was not without its challenges, but something we can certainly look back on with immense pride.
