JML Building Services were appointed by Willmott Dixon to undertake the full internal drylining, ceilings and acoustic wall treatment on the new Doncaster UTC building.

The new ‘Doncaster University technical college’ compromised of a 5-storey teaching block and a 3-storey sports hall and multi-use dining space to assist in the development of 13-19 years old who seek opportunities in the engineering sector.

The scheme, which commenced on the eve of the first national lockdown had extremely challenging programme constraints, collectively, we managed to handover the scheme on time and within budget.
