SST - Crown Place - Norwich

JML were appointed to conduct the refurbishment of the rainscreen façade and enlarge two prominent unoccupied, 1960’s tower blocks, to provide a ‘new’ luxury living space.

The refurbished tower block will now house 705 separate apartments in the gateway of Norwich’s city centre.

JML Building Services carried out the full external design and build, incorporating, 4500m2 of Aluminium Rainscreen cladding, 2500m2 of clay brick slips and 1000m2 of insulated render.
