The new multi-storey Manor Road student accommodation provides luxury accommodation for 206 students of the neighbouring Coventry University.

JML provide a full design supply and install solution for the full external envelope, consisting of a structural steel frame, brick, zinc and render façade and a single ply membrane roof.

JML were also employed to undertake the full internal and drylining packages.
